Brazil Tourist Visa

Mandatory documents

  • Original Passport

    • Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.

  • Photograph

    • Latest photo taken within the last 3 months.
    • White background, 70-80% face close-up.
    • Size: 35-40mm.

  • Visa Application Form

    • Visa Application Form

  • Flight Ticket

    • Onward and return ticket.

  • Proof of Accommodation

    • Confirmed hotel accommodation booking/voucher for the entire stay in Brazil.

  • 03 Month Bank Statement

    • Latest original bank statement for the last 3 months (attested and signed by the bank official on all the pages).

  • Income Tax Return

    • Last 3 years' income tax return.

  • Cover Letter From Indian Company

    • Original cover letter provided by your employer.
    • Clearly outlines the purpose and duration of the trip.

  • Covering Letter From Applicant

    • Personal cover letter with relevant information about the applicant and the trip.

  • Invitation Letter

    • Original letter of invitation from the Brazilian company.
    • Clearly states the purpose and duration of the trip.
    • Specifies which expenses will be covered by the company.

Employed

  • 03 month Pay Slip

    • Last 3 months' salary slips.

  • Leave Approval Letter

    • Leave letter from the company with Name, Designation, Leave Date, Purpose of travel,and signing authority person Name, designation, Mob No, with company seal must.

Self Employed

  • Company Registration

    • Business registration or gumasta licence or GST certificate.

Student

  • School Bonafide

    • Certificate of bonafide from the educational institution.
    • School NOC template.

Minor

  • Travel Authorization Form

    • If travelling alone or without one parent, a notarized letter of consent from both parents.
    • Visa authorization form and Travel authorization form signed by both parents, notarized and apostilled by the MEA
