6 Months | Single/Multi Entry

Mandatory documents

  • Original Passport

    • With at least 2 blank pages valid for at least three months after the trip, issued in last 10 years
    • If any irrespective of its condition, bound together with rubber band, not stapled (in case lost a note is required)

  • 02 Photograph

    35mm x 40mm, with about 80% of your head and the top of your shoulders covering the photo

  • Schengen Visa Application Form

    • LUXVIA to upload a draft copy for your review
    • Once reviewed, a final form will be submitted (this cannot be edited further)

  • Appointment Confirmation

  • Covering Letter

    Mentioning the purpose of the trip and itinerary, accompanied passenger details

  • Flight Bookings

    Roundtrip ticket.Also includes, Reservations for internal transfer within Schengen states (flight, train itinerary or car rental)

  • Hotel Bookings

    Hotel bookings for complete stay in schengen

  • Travel Insurance

    Travel insurance covering not less than 30,000 Euros

  • 3 Months Bank Statement

    • Last 3 months personal saving and salary bank account statements with bank stamp and sign on each page (if Salaried)
    • Last 3 months personal saving and current bank account statements with bank stamp and sign on each page (If Self Employed)

  • Income Tax Return

    Income Tax Return of the last 02 years

Employed

  • Leave Approval Letter

    Original letter on a business letterhead from the employer/company. Signed and stamped by HR or directorate mentioning applicant’s position,current profile, place of residence and the duration of employment, also mentioning dates and purpose.f the applicant works remotely, the same should be mentioned on the letter, with the complete home address.

  • Last 3 months salary slips

    • Last 3 months salary slips

Self Employed

  • Company Business Proof

    • Business registration proof: GST Registration with annex A & B, partnership deed, proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership. 

Student

  • Bonafide Certificate from School/college

    NOC and bonafide certifcate from school/college
